AWCA provides case management and workforce development services to individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, including long-term welfare recipients; Adult and Dislocated Workers; low-literacy; justice-involved; veterans; homeless; those with mental or physical disabilities; SSI/SSDI beneficiaries; out-of-school youth; in-school youth and youth aging out of foster care.
