Siskiyou Opportunity Center (Redding)

We are vendorized to provide job coaching, employment preparation, situational assessments, personal and social adjustment, and job placement services for intellectually physically disabled adults. We also provide Supported Employment services to clients with Developmental Disabilities for consumers in work crews and individual placement community settings.

Qualifications

Experience serving the disability community for over 40 years. We have a well-trained staff of 25 including 17 full-time staff. Our job coaches are supervised by employees with AA or BA degrees, and they receive extensive in-house training. Over the years we have served clients in individual work settings.
