For 35 years, RAMS has provided comprehensive mental health services in San Francisco. RAMS Hire-Ability Vocational Services has provided DOR-funded services for the last 10+ years through a co-operative contract and fee- for-service. We specialize in providing quality employment services and occupational skills training to individuals with severe mental illnesses.

Qualifications

Our trained clinicians/staff serve many underserved populations such as the API and Russian communities. Our vocational services staff have Bachelors degrees in social work, psychology or related fields, and direct experience with job counseling and mental health consumers. We have 8 employment consultants, 1 OST trainer and 1 Vocational Specialist.
