United Cerebral Palsy of the North Bay Employment Services provides job performance and skills assessments, job placement, job training and long-term support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at group and individual supported work sites. Individuals are given an assessment to ensure that they have the potential to be successful in a competitive work environment.
