SONDER Solutions, Inc. is an Alternative Staffing Organization (ASO) with a Social Enterprise. We identify trends in the job market to foster innovation in how to place job seekers with employers. We work with an extensive cross-section of organizations and businesses to develop more efficient processes in workforce hiring. We work to empower individuals facing systemic barriers and historically excluded communities with whole person employment and workforce development services designed to promote self-sufficiency and independence--by removing barriers, creating opportunities, and helping job seekers build careers in their communities.
