Capital City Career Opportunities, Inc. provides quality individualized services to enhance and support qualified workers to prepare for, obtain, or retain employment. We are an individual-centered, community-based program dedicated to providing high-quality services to eligible individuals to support them in defining a meaningful career. CCCO consider our consumers to be co-managers in the process. This means that consumers will be working closely with their DOR counselor to identify VR service needs.

Capital City Careers Opportunities, Inc. has a combined experience of 25 plus years providing services to individuals with disabilities. Employment Specialists provide one-on-one services to assist individuals in finding a career they can thrive in. Our services assist the individual to (a) fit into the work world and facilitate finding the ideal career. (b) learn about careers they were not aware of or know very little about what could be a good fit. (c) stay focused and motivated.
