Our staff are all trained and certified as Global Career Development Facilitators, most have degrees, and/or a skill like American Sign Language proficiency.

Qualifications

Experience serving persons with disabilities for decades placing consumers in jobs with a current average hourly wage of $10.40 as opposed to minimum wage. Staff in Management positions are required to have Degrees and direct care staff must have either a degree or equivalent experience and skills.
