LOVARC was established as a non-profit organization in 1964. Today we continue our mission of serving persons with disabilities by providing employment, social opportunities and residence. Our award-winning food service contract at Vandenberg Air Force Base is the very first AbilityOne contract to achieve ISO Certification.

LOVARC has served persons with disabilities continuously for 50 plus years. We are CARF accredited for community employment and vendored through Tri Counties Regional Center (DDS). We enjoy over 25 years of continuous working relationship with Department of Rehabilitation. LOVARC is an ISO 9001-2008 certified organization.
