For close to 25 years, JNCS has provided DOR services to those with developmental disabilities. We provide quality services based on our values and mission and CARF standards. We have just begun to provide DOR services to those seeking direct placement services, for those with or without a developmental disability.

Qualifications

Our staff qualifications include: those whom have specialized backgrounds from special education, LAUSD, career counseling, master's of science in counseling, 20 plus years of job coaching and support services. We have 8 part time coaches, two full time case managers, one employment manager and one full time job developer.
