For over 40 years VLI has provided supported employment services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Whether in group "enclave" services or directly placed, individuals receive staff support and role models that allow them to experience the true meaning of employment and increase their self-reliance and self-worth.

Qualifications

Experience serving the disability community for over 40 years in both supported employment and, in the past, a sheltered workshop. We have worked with DOR throughout. We have 24 trained staff working directly with our consumers and three full time counselors. We currently have 24 working enclaves in the community and 15 individual placements.
