The Arc - South Bay - Adult Development Center (Gardena)

For over 52 years, we have provided programs and services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Los Angeles County's South Bay. Our Southwest Industries Work Activity Center provides employment training. Our Community Employment Services program provides individual/group job placements. We regularly receive the maximum three-year accreditation from CARF

Parking Parking Lot Access: 110 Harbor Freeway; 105 Freeway, 91 Artesia Freeway Ample parking available for all participants and guests, all parking is adjacent to the building. Wheelchair accessible.

Qualifications

Our Rehabilitation Manager, Safety Supervisor, and Assistant Production Manager have been with our agency for over 25 years each. Our Production Manager has 19 years experience in the field, while our CES Manager has 30 years and our Executive Director has over 35 years of employment working with this population.
