Since 1994, ICS has offered Vocational Rehabilitation services to maximize each client's potential for success. We specialize in Situational Assessments, Work Adjustment, Supported Employment, Personal Social Vocational Adjustment, and Job Placement. We believe that individuals with challenges are happier and healthier when living and working in the community.

Qualifications

Our management staff all have their Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling and have been working with ICS and DOR for 6 to 25 years. Our Executive Director serves on the WIB and Local Chamber of Commerce. In addition to management, we have 10 full time staff and 14 part time staff.
