WATCH provides support to adults with developmental disabilities. Our mission is to increase independence and community integration. Our services include the Visions program that provides supported employment and life skills training. Work training programs which include landscaping, janitorial services, and bulk mailing service. Small supervised crews do a variety of jobs in the community. Everyone is paid a wage.
