We have provided vocational services to people with developmental and other disabilities for 20 years. We believe that everyone who works should earn at least minimum wage. We do not aggregate people with disabilities and have no "site-based" programming but work to integrate people with disabilities into the larger community.

Transportation via Bus via Bus Lines, Para Transit: Take the MTS BUS Route 25 "Fashion Valley via Linda Vista / Stonecrest". Get off at the stop on Clairemont Mesa Bl at Murphy Canyon Rd. Go 0.4 mile south to 4740 MURPHY CANYON RD.

Parking Parking Lot Access: Our parking facilities and building are wheelchair accessible. Just come into the main lobby, take the elevator to the Third Floor, go straight off the elevator and see the Receptionist.

Qualifications

We have worked with DOR for 20 years. We have 8 Division Managers including: three who are fluent in sign language, two with Master’s degrees, and many who have multi-year experience in the field. We have 16 (full- and part-time) Job Coaches, some of whom speak sign language as well

Closed Saturday and Sunday
Job coaching hours provided in response to the requirements of the job, and are provided on evenings, weekends and some holidays, as well as during normal business hours.
