Wayfinder Family Services has been providing Independent Living Skills and job-related services to blind, visually impaired and disabled individuals since 1971. We have extensive experience addressing a broad spectrum of needs among blind and visually impaired individuals with residential and day programming for transition age youth (16-22) years of age), adults (18 and over) and veterans. Clients achieve their goals at a rate of 93% and there is an overall client satisfaction rating of 98%.”

For over 40 years, Wayfinders qualified roster of VI professionals has had significant experience in the areas of Independent Living Skills, Orientation and Mobility, Braille and Assistive Technology. Our transition staff specialize in job readiness as well as soft-skills training and preparation for next steps in education.
