BEACON is the new name for VTC Enterprises and LOVARC, but the agency has offered vocational rehabilitation services, vocational assessment, independent living services, and employment to persons with disabilities since 1962. We specialize in providing services to persons with disabilities, including persons who are blind and visually impaired, to help them live and work independently in their community.

Qualifications

Our services include job preparation, placement, and follow along services to DOR. Our staff includes an occupational therapist, employment specialists, job coaches, job developers, and case managers who are well trained and experienced in providing individualized services to people with disabilities. We have been accredited by CARF for 35 years.
