In early 2011, MCCDC identified a need, as there were few options for services for DOR customers in Southern Marin; MCCDC became a vendor for Situational Assessment and Work Adjustment. Due to increased demand from DOR customers, MCCDC added Employment Services and Job Coaching, offering a full spectrum of services.

Qualifications

Marin City Community Development Corporation staff collectively has several decades of experience providing employment services throughout the Bay Area. Executive leadership also has experience of partnering with DOR for over a decade, including several successful CARF accreditations.
