For 25 years, VIP has provided ongoing employment support to persons with disabilities who have the capability of engaging in meaningful employment. Services include the development of job entry skills, the procurement of jobs, and the training and follow-up support needed by the disabled to function successfully in those jobs.

Experience serving disability community for over 25 years, including working with DOR since 1986. Qualified staff of 3 Directors with over 65 years combined in the field, 1 in-house Director of Training, Job Procurement staff of 4, 10 full-time counselors, 50 Direct Service Staff.
